Review lost in the storm1/13/2024 ![]() But The Lost City has a small role for the actor Oscar Nuñez who was the jack-of-all-trades character in The Proposal. And in Infinite Storm the actor Denis O’Hare has a tiny role. At first glance, it looks like these movies have nothing at all to do with each other, besides the fact that they were released on the same weekend. This week we had to do Peetimes for two movies, back-to-back: The Lost City and Infinite Storm. You won’t miss anything.Ī barely interesting side story that has little to do with the movieįor no particular reason, my wife and I rewatched The Proposal about a week ago. As for the rest? Just watch the first hour and fifteen minutes of the movie on fast forward. If you think she’s a fantastic actress then you’re underestimating her, because she’s better than that. When it’s all said and done, B4 The Storm feels like a body-of-work that you will hear in the background of a house party. The only thing that makes the movie worth watching is Naomi Watts. Throughout the album, you also get to hear artists that are on the come-up (TyFontaine, Lilspirit, TheHxliday, and Cochise), artists that are on the edge of superstardom (Lil Mosey, Lil Keed, Young Nudy, and Lil Tecca), and artists that are already popular (Wiz Khalifa, Future, Nav, Gunna, Trippie Redd, Kevin Gates, and Juice WRLD). Only if Trey Songz was as gentle as Swae Lee and Future…ī4 The Storm is a good mix between hard-hitting and smooth, a good mix between wacky and trill, a good mix between innovative and homily, and a good mix between simplistic and complex. Even though you get some pretty smooth vocal performances by both Swae Lee and Future on the song, their lyrics are beyond provocative (They talk about going to fifth base with their women… Yes, I said fifth base). “Thrusting” promotes baby-making, dirty-dancing, and gangsta-loving. THRUSTING “Thrusting” is “Unforgettable Pt. All in all, “Blastoff” should make you want to disrespect the hell out of your ex and their father.ġ. ![]() I also love the fearless vocal performances and carefree lyrics that Juice WRLD and Trippie Redd gift us with. ![]() For starters, I absolutely love the booming yet gentle beat that powers the song. “Blastoff” is a hit in every kind of way. BLASTOFF “Blastoff” will remind you how great Juice WRLD and Trippie Redd’s chemistry was. Only rappers could make something as innocent as lemonade sound naughty as hell.Ģ. Each person on the song does a great job of sounding like rich-ass junkies. In “Lemonade,” Gunna mumbles his ass off about all of the drugs he used to take and his street-certified ways, Nav raps about his diamond rings and rough come-up, and Don Tolliver blesses us with a smooth hook that proves to the world that he knows how to drive while being intoxicated. LEMONADE Gunna, Nav & Don Tolliver make quite a trio. However, for some odd reason, I don’t want to tell anyone that I like the song… It’s probably because I think that no one on this planet inspires to be Trippie Redd.ģ. Here’s the thing: “Really Redd” features a beat that will knock the toupee off Donald Trump’s head, a hook that is extremely catchy, and verses by Trippie Redd, Young Nudy, and Lil Keed that are wacky, gangsta, and battle-tested. REALLY REDD “Really Redd” is a song that I shamefully f**k with. Lil Mosey, iaan dior & Lil Skies absolutely murder “Lost Me!” Not only do they hit us with melodies that are hella infectious and raps that are trill as hell, but they also come across as young ballers that don’t mind cutting off floozies and stiff-arming fame on the song.Ĥ. ![]() LOST ME “Lost Me” features three light skin rappers that I think are grossly underrated. Internet Money recruits a bunch of up-and-coming, well-established, and popular rappers for “B4 The Storm.”ĥ.
